Tivoli Village Bolsters Leasing Team And Announces October Opening For Much Anticipated Expansion
BMW Realty Advisors joins Open Realty Advisors and Existing Leasing Team to close out Phase Two of Tivoli Village's mixed-use property
LAS VEGAS, May 3, 2016 /PRNewswire/ -- Tivoli Village, a mixed-use community and lifestyle destination located near the sprawling and popular master-planned suburbs of the west side of Las Vegas will open its much anticipated Phase Two this October 2016. With the completion of the expansion, the property plans to host signature events, welcome a curated mix of retailers, entertainment, cafes, restaurants & Class A office space.
Already home to an eclectic array of offerings, the next phase of Tivoli, along with its existing first phase, will showcase approximately 370,000 square feet of restaurants and retail space, and 300,000 square feet of office space. Including its anchor tenant Restoration Hardware who will be unveiling a 70,000-plus square foot Gallery as well as the iconic Canter's Deli.
Tasked with securing the perfect mix of tenants, Tivoli Village recently recruited the leasing team of Bob Baker and Cheryl Beckel of BMW Realty Advisors who will join the existing all-star group of Matt Heisley (Open Realty Advisors), Diane Brandes (Harrison Alexander) and Tivoli Village VP of Leasing, Heaven Yoshino to assist with the completion of the project.
Known for their extensive connections to the nation's leading retailers and restaurants, BMW Realty Advisors joins the Tivoli Village Leasing team at a critical moment in the procurement of its final phase of development. Over the course of their careers the principals of BMW Realty Advisors have actively participated in many successful projects throughout the country, including Bay Street in Emeryville, CA; Corte Madera Town Center in Corte Madera, CA; Manhattan Village in Manhattan Beach, CA; The Landing-Renton (WA); The Shops at Park Lane in Dallas, TX; The Gardens on the El Paseo in Palm Desert, CA; and The Point at Sepulveda and Rosecrans.

Yoshino and Leasing Representative Diane Brandes will lead the newly expanded team through its charge of booking the expanded space. Yoshino has been on board full time since 2008 and Brandes joined Tivoli Village in 2012 to identify, target, negotiate and secure new concepts that contribute to the strong merchandising mix which is new to the Las Vegas market. Some of these deals included David Barton Gym and Echo and Rig, a new concept steak house to the Las Vegas market.
Additional changes to the property will include a new main entrance from Rampart, a larger park and recreational space, a main valet, porte cochere and additional underground parking to accommodate the anticipated increase in visitors.
