Titan Energy Files Amended 10Q for 3rd Quarter 2011

(OTC:TEWI), a leader in distributed power generation products and intelligent energy management services, announced today that it has filed its amended Form 10Q for the period ending September 30, 2011, and hence has retained its status as a fully reporting company.
