Tire Corner pairs with U-Haul, plans to offer emissions testing

ORRTANNA, Pa., Dec. 23, 2014 /PRNewswire/ -- Tire Corner has been open less than a year but its parent company, Snap n Go convenience store, has proudly served the Orrtanna community since 2007.

Tire Corner, located at 15 Buchanan Valley Road along a busy highway between Gettysburg and Chambersburg, recently partnered with U-Haul to offer trucks, towing equipment, support rental items and after-hours drop-off to its customers.

Owner Moses Rozario has received glowing feedback from his patrons on the arrival of U-Haul equipment in Orrtanna.

The side-by-side companies have the same management. While Snap n Go generates more foot traffic, Tire Corner fills a significant void.

Tires aren't the only reason to pay Tire Corner a visit – at least not for long. Rozario, a certified car safety and emissions inspector, said state officials should soon approve his garage and allow customers to get their annual emissions test done at Tire Corner.

Tire Corner has always had a garage stationed on the property, but until recently Rozario rented it out to mechanics. After bad experiences with unpaid rent, he opted to make use of the facility himself. He finds it much easier to manager since with his crew of dependable workers.

Rozario is entrenched in the community and enjoys attending local apple harvests. Orrtanna is filled with apple and peach orchards as well as wineries. Musselman's® headquarters and main manufacturing plant is in nearby Peach Glen.
