Company Increases Quarterly Dividend to 31 Cents Per Share; Joins Short List of Companies to Achieve 100-Year Milestone
NORTH CANTON, Ohio, May 6, 2022 /PRNewswire/ -- The board of directors of The Timken Company (NYSE: TKR; www.timken.com), a global industrial leader in engineered bearings and power transmission products, today approved a three percent increase in the company's quarterly cash dividend, raising it to 31 cents per share. This dividend, which is payable on June 2, 2022, to shareholders of record as of May 16, 2022, marks the company's 400th consecutive quarterly dividend as a public company.
Timken has paid a dividend on its common shares every quarter since its listing on the New York Stock Exchange (NYSE) in 1922. With the dividend announced today Timken joins a distinguished list of companies to achieve this significant milestone.
