TACOMA, Wash., Feb. 3, 2017 /PRNewswire/ -- Tim Weber is recognized by Continental Who's Who as a Pinnacle Lifetime Professional for his accomplishments in the field of Real Estate.
Weber is currently the President and Designated Broker of First Western Properties, Inc., located in Tacoma, Washington. The company is a locally operated real estate firm that handles retail and commercial real estate. Weber's role there includes overseeing day-to-day activities and also exclusively representing certain local, regional and national clients of the firm.
Before becoming involved with First Western Properties, Weber held managerial roles at a myriad of companies, including; Safeway and Western Washington Beverage. However, since beginning his 24-year career in real estate, he has developed professional specialties that consist of brokerage, tenant representation, commercial real estate, location intelligence, and more.
Weber is also involved in charities in his community, such as the One Eighty Foundation, which he volunteers for. The foundation is dedicated to improving the lives of children and families through various forms of guidance and donations from its members.
Weber graduated from Pierce College at Tacoma in 1985. Some years later, he went on to receive his Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management and Marketing from the University of Washington in 1988.
When he's not working, Weber enjoys spending time with Britt, his wife of over 25 years, and their three children. He also enjoys coaching and playing basketball, and riding his road bike.
