Tim Rinaman Joins Delta Solutions as Vice President for Healthcare Programs

RESTON, Va., Sept. 8, 2011 /PRNewswire/ -- Delta Solutions and Technologies, Inc., a fast-growing provider of federal financial management systems, business analytics, IT services and consulting to the U.S. Government, announced today that Tim Rinaman has recently joined Delta Solutions as Vice President to spearhead the firm's expansion in the federal healthcare sector, which represents a key opportunity for Delta Solutions' service lines.

Rinaman most recently was Vice President, Federal Sector for Stellar Services, where he led sales and delivery of IT services and business solutions work with NIH, among other government clients. He earlier served as Group Vice President, Operations for Citizant, Inc., where he directed Enterprise Architecture business with CMS and other federal civilian and defense agencies. Previously he was CTO and Senior Vice President, Operations at Information Management Consultants, Inc., where his responsibilities included leading technology solution development and service delivery in health and life sciences.

Rinaman served as an officer in the U.S. Marine Corps, where he led combat engineer, logistics and manpower units in the U.S. and overseas. He holds a B.S. in civil engineering from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute.
