Tim Hortons contributes $100,000 to Philippines disaster relief
OAKVILLE, ON, Nov. 15, 2013 /PRNewswire/ - Tim Hortons today announced that the Company and its restaurant owners will make a $100,000 donation to support emergency disaster relief efforts in the Philippines in the wake of Typhoon Haiyan. The Company will also encourage team members and guests to contribute to the relief efforts through in-restaurant communications.
The donation will be directed to the Red Cross in support of its efforts to assist the victims and help with the recovery process.
