Tim Hortons Cafe & Bake Shop Now Serving Breakfast Until 5 P.M.
Bakery cafe chain extends breakfast menu from 5 a.m. to 5 p.m.
DUBLIN, OH, Oct. 17, 2013 /PRNewswire/ - Tim Hortons Cafe & Bake is now serving select breakfast products everyday until 5 p.m. at participating U.S. restaurants.
Tim Hortons Cafe & Bake Shop's breakfast menu extension is a result of an increase in guest demand for breakfast beyond the traditional 10 a.m. cut off. The breakfast category has shown continuous growth in recent years in the quick serve industry calling for popular breakfast items, like hot sandwiches and baked goods, to be offered later in the day.
Only select Tim Hortons Cafe & Bake Shop breakfast products will be served until 5 p.m. and include:
- Hot breakfast sandwiches
- Flatbread Breakfast Panini
- BELT sandwich
- Sausage & Biscuit Sandwich
"The extension of our breakfast hours is a result of us listening to our guests' needs," said Mike Meilleur, executive vice president, Tim Hortons U.S. "Not everyone's workday begins at 7 a.m., so we want to provide our guests with the opportunity to enjoy our great breakfast products at their convenience."
In conjunction with the extended breakfast hours, Tim Hortons Cafe & Bake Shop recently launched a new Grilled Steak, Egg Breakfast Sandwich. The latest hot breakfast sandwich variety is even more savory as it is grilled to crispy perfection on a biscuit.
