CHICAGO, Sept. 10, 2015 /PRNewswire/ -- Tickets to the fifth annual Chicago Ideas Week (CIW), October 12 – 18, are on sale now to the general public at chicagoideas.com. Former CIA Director and four-star General (Ret.) David H. Petraeus; hip-hop recording artist, actor and poet Common; and crisis management expert Judy Smith, the inspiration for the hit TV show Scandal, join a lineup that includes lifestyle entrepreneur Martha Stewart, comedian and actor Tom Arnold, and over 150 global thought leaders.
Chaired by Brad Keywell, Mayor Rahm Emanuel and Sterling Partners Co-Founder Eric Becker, the weeklong ideas festival annually brings 34,000 attendees from across the globe. Attendees can choose from more than 35 Talks and Conversations and 75 hands-on Labs on topics including cybersecurity, politics, race, terrorism, genius, leadership and more.
