Ticketmaster and Walmart Bring Tickets to Forty-Four Stores Throughout the Bay Area

LOS ANGELES, Aug. 2, 2011 /PRNewswire/ -- Throughout the Bay Area fans can purchase live event tickets from their local Walmart store.  Using point of sale touch screens located in the electronics departments of forty-four participating Walmart stores, fans throughout the area can browse available tickets for family shows, concerts and sporting events.  Once the desired event is selected by the fan, a Walmart employee helps complete the transaction and immediately prints the tickets.
