DALLAS, May 26 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Texas Instruments Incorporated (TI) (NYSE: TXN) Chairman, President and CEO Rich Templeton will speak at two investor conferences on Thursday, June 3, 2010, in New York City.

Templeton will deliver a keynote address at the Bank of America Merrill Lynch 2010 U.S. Technology Conference at 8 a.m. Eastern time. He will also present at the Sanford C. Bernstein 26th Annual Strategic Decisions Conference at 10 a.m. Eastern time.

Templeton will discuss TI's business outlook and strategy to address key markets for its analog and embedded processing technologies and how these capabilities position the company for growth.
