Thycotic Announces New Vice President of Americas
Leading Enterprise Security Provider Hires Damon Tompkins to Oversee Americas' Sales Program
WASHINGTON, May 2, 2016 /PRNewswire/ -- Thycotic, a provider of privileged account management (PAM) solutions for more than 3,500 organizations worldwide, today announced the appointment of Damon Tompkins to vice president, Americas. In this role, Tompkins will oversee and lead all global sales functions across the Americas and will be reporting directly into Thycotic's President and Chief Executive Officer, James Legg. Tompkins will be tasked with growing the world-class sales program and developing its global sales strategies.

Prior to Thycotic, Tompkins was the senior vice president of corporate development for Metalogix Software, where he helped build and execute the overall go-to-market strategy. Tompkins managed integration of MetaVis Technologies, where he was the vice president of worldwide sales and marketing. He also held senior sales management positions at Apptio, NetIQ, PentaSafe (acquired by NetIQ) and Idera Software (acquired by Metalogix & TA Associates). Tompkins holds a Bachelor's of Business Administration in finance from Temple University and a Bachelor's of Fine Arts in classical painting from The Glassell School of Art.
