Thunder Valley Casino Resort Gives Away Over $11 Million in April
LINCOLN, Calif., May 9, 2011 /PRNewswire/ -- The lucky guests at Thunder Valley Casino Resort walked away with $11,672,014 in jackpots for the month of April and one very lucky guest walked away with over $118,000 from a Wheel of Fortune quarter slot machine. May is sure to bring plenty more luck to Thunder Valley guests with the $20,000 Lucky Stars Open Slot Tournament and the $1,000,000 Lucky You Giveaway.

The $25,000 Lucky You Drawings will be held at 7 p.m. every Friday and Saturday when 10 winners will each have a chance to walk away with up to $25,000. Guests can earn drawing entries while playing their favorite slots and table games with their Thunder Club card. Swiping a Thunder Club card once a day at the Lucky You kiosk will also earn guests a chance to win great prices including $1,000 in free slot play, free comps, gifts, concert tickets and more! Lucky You kiosks are located near Peet's Coffee in the Food Court and are available Sunday through Thursday.
Thunder Valley is also offering the $20,000 Lucky Stars Open Slot Tournament on May 14-15. The tournament is open to all Thunder Club members who earn 250 points while playing slots or table games with their Thunder Club card on each tournament day. The top 40 scores from each tournament day will win.
Guests can also try their luck in Thunder Valley's first Derby Day. On May 7, Thunder Valley will be offering a host of Kentucky Derby contests including Pick & Win Kiosk game where guests can pick their favorite pony for a chance to win $50 in free slot play, a $2,500 Derby Day Hat Contest open to all Thunder Club members, and tasty drink specials offered at the Winner's Circle at the Promotion Stage.

Thunder Valley Casino Resort was opened by the United Auburn Indian Community in June 2003. The newly remodeled and expanded entertainment, dining and hotel resort is Northern California's first casino offering all the elements of real Las Vegas-style gaming: service, cuisine and entertainment in an outstanding facility.
