Thunder Valley Casino Resort Gives Away Nearly $11 Million In Jackpots During June
LINCOLN, Calif., July 7 /PRNewswire/ -- Excitement was the name of the game at Thunder Valley Casino Resort this June, with the anticipation leading up to the grand opening of the Resort's new hotel and spa accented by a month of huge jackpot winners.
There were 4,295 Jackpots in the month of June for a total of $10,633,255 in the month of June.
"We are excited to have so many winners in such a historic month," said C.J. Graham, General Manager at Thunder Valley Casino Resort. "Our expansion has been well accompanied by a surge in jackpot winnings. With all of the large jackpots, the new live poker room that seats up to 160 players and all of the other amenities we now have to offer here at Thunder Valley, there is really no better place to play."
As June ends, July begins, along with another $415,000 in promotional giveaways during the Jeep and Jackpot Safari. Every Friday and Saturday night, nine players will win $1,000 and one will win a 2010 Unlimited Sport 4X4 Jeep Wrangler.

Thunder Valley Casino Resort was opened by the United Auburn Indian Community in June 2003. The newly remodeled and expanded entertainment, dining and hotel resort is Northern California's first casino offering all the elements of real Las Vegas-style gaming: service, cuisine and entertainment in an outstanding facility.
Located 30 miles east of Sacramento, Thunder Valley Casino Resort offers 200,000 square feet of gaming space including over 3,000 slot and video machines, 125 table games and a live poker room with space for 160 players. There are 14 restaurants and bars highlighted by the new High Steaks Steakhouse; Koi Palace; a 500-seat Feast Around The World Buffet and Thunder Cafe as well as Mingle Bar, Falls Bar, Thunder Bar and High Steaks Bar. Also on property is a new 3,700-space parking structure that leads directly into the casino and hotel.
The recent expansion of Thunder Valley Casino Resort includes a new luxury, 17-story hotel with 297 rooms including 40 suites. Inside the hotel is a 10,000 square-foot banquet and entertainment hall, meeting rooms, bars and a gift shop. The hotel has an expansive pool that includes private cabanas and Coconut, a poolside bar. The Spa at Thunder Valley will feature a wide variety of treatments including the exclusive 24-carat gold leaf facial. The expansion was completed in July 2010.
