(Nasdaq: THTI) ("THT" or the "Company"), a leading provider of heat exchangers and heat exchange solutions in China's clean technology industry, today announced that it will hold its annual general meeting of shareholders on Monday, July 22, 2013 at 9:00 a.m. (Beijing time) at Room 1808-1809, Fangheng International Center Tower B, No.6 Futong East Street, Chaoyang District, Beijing 100102, People's Republic of China.

Shareholders as of the record date of May 28, 2013 are entitled to vote and to attend the meeting, or any adjournment or postponement thereof.
