Thresher Industries Receives Notice of Termination of Extension and Purchase Canceled

HANFORD, Calif., May 5 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Thresher Industries, Inc. (Pink Sheets: THRR) is advising its shareholders and interested parties that Senergy has notified Thresher Industries of the extension is terminated effective today and the offer to purchase Thresher Industries is canceled.

The Senergy website misstates the time frame to the offer, Thresher will be posting the letter of intent to its website as soon as possible.  Regarding the offer Thresher has been taking an extended amount of time to make any announcements due to Senergy's delay in responding to our repeated due diligence requests.
