Three PwC Partners Named Among the '100 Most Influential People in Corporate Governance' by National Association of Corporate Directors

NEW YORK, Oct. 6 /PRNewswire/ -- PwC US today announced that Catherine Bromilow, partner with the Firm's U.S. Corporate Governance Group, Corporate Governance Group leader John Barry, and Dennis M. Nally, Chairman of PricewaterhouseCoopers International, have been named to the National Association of Corporate Directors' (NACD) "100 Most Influential People in Corporate Governance" list.

Bromilow, who along with Nally and Barry, are recognized in the "auditors" category, is one of only 15 women on the list. She advises clients on strategies to achieve enhanced transparency, greater director accountability and on providing shareholders with a voice in certain boardroom decisions.

"We work with clients on corporate governance matters to add value to their businesses," Bromilow, said. "Right now, our clients are asking us about current topics in the environment, such as proxy access and succession planning so they can stay up to speed with the different governance issues."

The NACD Directors 100 recognizes influencers in all spheres of corporate governance.
