Three Provost Umphrey Attorneys Selected as Texas Rising Stars
BEAUMONT, Texas, April 4, 2014 /PRNewswire/ -- Provost Umphrey attorneys, Jennifer Job, Matthew Matheny and Colin Moore, have been selected to the 2014 Texas Rising Stars list. Each year, no more than 2.5 percent of the lawyers in the state are selected by the research team at Super Lawyers to receive this honor.

Jennifer Job is Board Certified in Personal Injury Trial Law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization. Jennifer practices in a wide variety of cases, most commonly in products liability, premises liability, personal injury, business litigation, and appellate law. Jennifer has served as lead working attorney on multi-million dollar settlements, in addition to serving as lead appellate attorney on multiple cases.
Matthew Matheny has been included in the Texas Rising Stars list four times since 2010. Board Certified in Personal Injury Trial Law, he has practiced cases including wrongful death; maritime, offshore, railroad crossing, aviation, automobile and industrial explosion accidents; environmental contamination; chemical exposure; Federal Employers' Liability Act; Fair Labor Standards Act-Overtime Wage and Deceptive Trade Practices, and Bad Faith Insurance Claims. Currently, Matthew serves as primary counsel in the NFL Concussion Litigation on behalf of Provost Umphrey.
Colin Moore has been named a Texas Rising Star every year since 2007. Colin primarily practices toxic tort (asbestos), personal injury and premises and product liability law with Provost Umphrey. Colin is a member of Texas Trial Lawyers Association, Texas Young Lawyers Association and the former director of the Jefferson County Young Lawyers Association.
