Three New Members Join Easterseals National Board of Directors

CHICAGO, Dec. 5, 2016 /PRNewswire-USNewswire/ -- Easterseals, the indispensable resource of people facing disability, today announced the appointment of three new board members to its National Board of Directors: Sheldon Orloff of California, Meredith K. Sugar of Ohio, and Joanne Bucci Sullivan of Florida.

Sheldon Orloff, retired Director of Pediatric Developmental Disabilities Office Kaiser Permanente Medical Group, is chairman of Easterseals Bay Area's Board of Directors, and has served on the board for three years.

Meredith K. Sugar, Partner Taft Stettinius and Hollister LLP, has served Easterseals and the disability community in a wide variety of ways, most recently as President of Easterseals Central and Southeast Ohio's Board of Directors. Beyond Easterseals, Meredith is the former President of the Alexander Graham Bell Association for the Deaf and Hard of Hearing, and serves on various boards in the health and disability community. Sugar's passion stems from having son who is deaf.

Joanna Bucci Sullivan, Director of Community Relations University of South Florida Health, has given over three decades of service to Easterseals acting on the Easterseals Tampa Bay Region Board of Directors, Easterseals Florida Board of Directors, and the active Chairman of the House to the Easterseals National Board of Directors.
