Three Attorneys Join Rusty Hardin & Associates
HOUSTON, Nov. 26, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- The nationally acclaimed trial firm of Rusty Hardin & Associates, LLP has added three new litigators, further enhancing the firm's capabilities in the area of complex commercial litigation before state, federal and appellate courts.
Carolyn P. Courville brings significant expertise in complex oil and gas litigation, including exploration and midstream contract disputes, royalty and accounting claims, and environmental and contamination claims.
Bob Wynne has almost a decade of experience in representing businesses and individuals in significant legal disputes, and has earned multi-million dollar verdicts and settlements for his clients in both commercial and personal injury matters.
Jennifer E. Brevorka joins the firm following the completion of judicial clerkships in the United States Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit and the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Virginia.

Dr. Courville received her law degree from the University of Houston School of Law following a decade of professional experience in the earth sciences field. She holds a master's degree in Geophysics from Cornell University and a doctorate in Geophysics from Cambridge University and was employed as a geophysical research scientist at organizations in the United States and United Kingdom for 12 years. After earning her law degree, she practiced as a litigator for ten years in the Houston office of Susman Godfrey, and for the past four years at the firm of Jackson Gilmour & Dobbs in Houston.
Mr. Wynne is a 2005 graduate of the Loyola University New Orleans School of Law, where he was valedictorian of his class and Editor-in-Chief of the Loyola Law Review. He earned his undergraduate degree, with highest honors, from Louisiana State University in 2002 and was a standout offensive lineman for the university's football team. Following the completion of judicial clerkships in federal courts in Louisiana, Mr. Wynne entered private practice in Houston. He joins Rusty Hardin & Associates from the firm of Burford, Hawash, Meade & Gaston.
Ms. Brevorka earned her law degree with high honors from Duke University School of Law in 2009, where she was elected into the Order of the Coif. She also holds a master's degree from the Columbia University Graduate School of Journalism. She received her undergraduate degree from Yale College in 1998. Ms. Brevorka worked for several years as a reporter at newspapers in North Carolina before pursuing her law career.
