THR to Implement IBS Dynaman WMS at Apeldoorn, Netherlands Warehouse

SOLNA, Sweden, Oct. 8, 2015 /PRNewswire/ -- THR, a leading supplier and developer of do-it-yourself products, has agreed to implement a new Warehouse Management System (WMS) supplied by International Business Systems (IBS), a leading global integrated ERP and supply chain provider. The new system will be used to optimize THR's warehouse operations and make its supply chain more efficient, effectively positioning THR as the fulfillment partner of choice in the construction/building marketplace.

THR's main warehouse operation is in Apeldoorn, Netherlands. The new system will support its logistics and fulfillment operations.

THR's Dynaman WMS solution is planned to go live in February 2016.

According to Jorgen Holtmuller, THR Supply Chain Manager, "Our main focus was to implement the system before high season begins in March. IBS will deliver the solution within six months, allowing us to meet the timeline with ease."

IBS began the process months ago, with a value assessment outlining areas for improvement, defining its scope of work and assigning team roles to address inbound, outbound, inventory, analysis, integration and technology issues.
