OMAHA, Neb., Sept. 14, 2017 /PRNewswire-USNewswire/ -- Moms organizing the Mom's March for America have garnered national support for the event with mothers in over 3,000 cities signing the Declaration of Mothers and joining the march to proclaim that truth is self-evident, family matters and freedom is worth fighting for. A national map of light displays cities where mothers have signed the declaration.
Sarah Palin, Candy Carson (wife of Dr. Ben Carson) and Missy Robertson of Duck Dynasty, will speak at the Mom's March for America—a national gathering of mothers to honor motherhood and raise the bar of decency, civility, and liberty in America. The march, held September 23 from 1:00 PM Central, is centered in the Heartland in Omaha, NE, and broadcast live across the nation via internet livestream and Salem Media Omaha.
"The message of the Mom's March for America resonates with mothers," says Kimberly Fletcher, president of HomeMakers for America and executive director of the march. "Thousands of mothers have signed the Declaration of Mothers, flooding our nation with the light of mothers of stand for truth, love God, reverence family, and cherish freedom! The Mom's March isn't about politics, parties, or policies. It's about mothers standing united for principles–-the principles and values America was founded on; that supported mothers, respected families, and made us the freest, most prosperous nation on earth."
Mom's March for America is not a physical march. It is a cultural march toward a higher standard of decency, civility and liberty—a celebration of the march mothers make unseen and unheard every day in their homes, neighborhoods and businesses as they nurture their families, influence their communities and shape our nation.
