CHICAGO, April 14 /PRNewswire/ -- The U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of New York today resolved the last issues affecting the full publication of the report of the Examiner in the Lehman Brothers Holdings, Inc. Chapter 11 proceedings. Anton R. Valukas was appointed the Examiner in the bankruptcy proceedings of Lehman Brothers Holdings, Inc. in January 2009. He was charged with investigating and unraveling the events leading to the banking giant's collapse. Jenner & Block served as counsel in the investigation and report.
