WHAT:

ThoughtWorks Studios will host a two-hour interactive online Mingle user event to share the latest best practices and tips for improving success using the leading project management tool for all types of Agile methods. The session will include a Mingle Customer Experience Report presented by representatives from Sierra Systems. Participants will learn how Mingle helps Sierra meet business and client requirements for management reporting, how it provides progress metrics for Scrum projects (burn-ups, burn-downs etc.), and how the company developed a delivery framework designed to promote implementation consistency and repeatability across a wide-range of projects. The session also will outline how Mingle helps teams to stay "Agile."

ThoughtWorks Studios' Turner and Mugrage will present practical and useful tips for gaining the most value from Mingle within an enterprise environment. Topics will include "Engineering Best Practices: Continuous Delivery," and "Tips-n-Tricks: Mingle Best Practices for the Power User."
