In New Hampshire, there are many educational options, including traditional public schools, public charter schools, public magnet schools, private schools, online learning, and homeschooling. New Hampshire students in families below a certain income level or in areas subject to town tuitioning are eligible for publicly run scholarships. Virtual Learning Academy Charter School offers online courses to New Hampshire residents free of charge, full- or part-time.
Celebrated since 2011, National School Choice Week is an independent public awareness effort. The Week is nonpartisan and nonpolitical, and it is not related to any legislative advocacy campaign.
"When it comes to opportunity in K-12 education, New Hampshire families have a variety of choices for their children's schooling. We encourage parents to use National School Choice Week to look into these options," said National School Choice Week President Andrew Campanella.
