As VP Customer Success, Hoffmann will leverage her extensive experience in strategic customer management to retain and grow existing business, identify new product opportunities based on future market trends and customer strategies, and refine and build a scalable customer success team. Previously the VP of Marketing and Product Development at Merrill Corporation, Hoffmann brings to ThinkVine more than 15 years experience working with global organizations to implement strategies and processes aimed at optimizing company performance during periods of rapid growth.
As EVP Sales, Ross is responsible for managing the company's enterprise sales organization to increase sales volume, meet quarterly revenue targets, and develop a nationwide sales infrastructure to meet increasing market demand across all industries. Ross brings more than 15 years experience building and leading sales teams at growth-stage technology companies.
