LOS ANGELES, June 7, 2013 /PRNewswire/ -- thinkLA, the largest advertising industry organization for Southern California, announced the winners of their annual Interactive Awards Gala on Thursday night at the Beverly Hilton's International Ballroom. More than 950 guests celebrated LA's finest from the interactive advertising and marketing community, recognizing campaigns, agencies, client marketers, media partners and individuals.
thinkLA established the Interactive Awards Gala to celebrate the achievements of local companies and individuals who are interactive marketing leaders. Their objective is to showcase exceptional creative, innovative and results-oriented interactive marketing programs.
Creative submissions were judged by a panel of influential advertising professionals, including Avery Carroll, Digital McGarryBowen; Ann-Christine Diaz, Ad Age Creativity | Creativity-Online.com; Julie Liss Publicis & Hal Riney; Alejandro Ortiz Casanova Pendrill; and Gary Wexler, USC Annenberg School of Communication.
Working with creative partner Avatar Labs, presented by Centro, and sponsored by Discovery Communications, Pandora, Yahoo!, NBCUniversal, iHeartRadio, KBB.com, Spotify, AOL, Acxiom and YuMe, thinkLA recognized winners in 13 categories who demonstrated thoughtful leadership, superior execution, and innovation in interactive marketing.
