Providers Track Staff Training Information Efficiently Using Therap

WATERBURY, Conn., Dec. 14, 2018 /PRNewswire/ -- Therap's Training Management System (TMS) module allows agencies to track staff training, certification, and recertification information. With the module staff can monitor and manage training classes effectively. Training may include classes, courses and curricula based on state requirements or agency policies and procedures such as CPR training or fire drill.

The module allows for creating a list of training instructors and generate reports on classes and sessions. It also allows management and assignment of supervisors and trainees. A Training Profile is available for every staff participating in trainings. The training profile provides and overview of trainees' training information, assignments and upcoming session along with information related to certification. The module calculates recertification dates and provides reminder of when a certification is about to expire. Additional features of the module includes self enrollment for trainings by staff, automates scheduling assignments of trainings, reminders of overdue trainings and reports to track training information.
