TheLadders Announces First Mobile App for Recruiters

The app, which now is available exclusively at the app store, will expedite the job-matching process by connecting recruiters with the most qualified candidates. TheLadders Recruitable app, which initially will be available to the company's recruiters, compares new candidates who join TheLadders to recruiters' existing job posts, and immediately sends notifications when there is a match. Additionally with Recruitable, recruiters can view candidate profiles and connect with candidates instantly. The app was devised during the company's December 2011 Hackathon, a semi-annual event at which the product-development team collaborates intensively on innovative projects.
