Over 65 bands will perform, including Imelda May, The Trashmen, Los Straitjackets, The Chop Tops, The Aquasonics, The Sun Rockabilly Show Featuring Original Sun Records Recording Artists Sonny Burgess, Carl Mann, Hayden Thompson & Narvel Felts, 20+ rockabilly DJs performing nightly between 1pm-7am. Saturday April 19th, The Viva Las Vegas Car Show features 800 –1,000 vintage cars, all pre-1963. This year's car show has grown yet again, after moving to a larger parking lot last year and now includes a second stage. Eleven bands will be performing the Car Show (from 10:30am-7:00pm) including: Los Straitjackets, Lloyd Price, Robert Gordon and Imelda May. Events are held in 6 different music venues in The Orleans Hotel and Casino (4500 West Tropicana Avenue). VLV has grown from the first year's 1,200 people in attendance, to selling out in advance 4 years in a row, with over 7,000 attending the 4-day festival and 20,000 for the Saturday Car Show. Attendees are encouraged to purchase tickets early. Price of a 4-day pass is $120 if purchased before March 29, 2014, if not sold out, then $135 beginning March 30, 2014.
