An expert on health reform, wellness, health management and healthcare strategy, Mr. Lerche will lend his more than 25 years of industry experience in a variety of areas including account team management, strategy and sales, product development and technical marketing support.

Mr. Lerche previously served as senior vice president for Aon Hewitt where he was the national leader for health care reform, had key responsibility for development of Aon Hewitt's health insurance exchange strategies and served as a subject matter expert for development of wellness and employee engagement strategies. Prior to working at Aon Hewitt, Tom served as a regional health manager for General Electric and in HMO leadership roles for several national and regional health plans.
Mr. Lerche graduated from the University of Illinois and received a Masters of Health Care Administration from the University of Wisconsin.
