Ms. Tori was previously the Senior Director of Strategy and Business Development for the Pacific Business Group on Health (PBGH) where she worked closely on strategic planning and new opportunities to assist PBGH in serving its membership of over 50 large employer companies. Prior to PBGH, Leesa led strategy and product innovation for Blue Shield of California in the Specialty Products business unit with profit and loss responsibility for multiple lines including dental, vision, life and stop loss.
Leesa is currently earning her Master's in Public Administration at Harvard University's John F. Kennedy School of Government. She is one of a handful of experts on small business exchanges in the nation, and is often invited to share her insights at convenings and conferences.
