The University of the Arts, a private undergraduate institution in Philadelphia with 2,400 students and 500 faculty members, is using OnBase in Personnel Services to help the department more efficiently process contracts, authorize payroll and generate offer letters. OnBase also helps them enforce critical compliance policies, ensuring that required documents are routed and received in a timely manner and that notifications are issued when document submission deadlines are missed.
