NEW YORK, Aug. 17, 2011 /PRNewswire/ -- Terri McCullough has been named Executive Director of the Tory Burch Foundation. In this position, she will provide leadership, manage programs and operations as well as develop long-term strategy.

McCullough brings over 20 years of experience to the Tory Burch Foundation. She served for over fifteen years on the staff of Congresswoman Nancy Pelosi, the House Democratic Leader and first female Speaker of the House. Most recently, Ms. McCullough was Chief of Staff and Advisor, focusing on policy affecting women and families. In this role, she was responsible for legislative, press, political, personnel and administrative functions of the Congresswoman's Washington and San Francisco offices. Previously, Ms. McCullough was the Assistant Director for the Institute on the Arts and Civic Dialogue at New York University and Director of Communications at PENCIL (Public Education Needs Civic Involvement in Learning).
