CLEVELAND, June 24, 2015 /PRNewswire/ -- In one week, McDonald Hopkins LLC will host a unique data privacy Business Hour focusing on the top cybersecurity issues facing the financial industry. The event will be on July 1, 2015, from 12-1 p.m. EDT at our Cleveland office, and will also be broadcast live via webcast for those who cannot attend in person.

Financial institutions of every type and size are facing extraordinary cybersecurity challenges. The panel discussion will explore several topics, including the uncertain regulatory landscape, combating cyber threats, seven essential questions directors and officers should answer, and the potential cybersecurity consequences in mergers and acquisitions.

James J. Giszczak, chair of McDonald Hopkins' data privacy and cybersecurity practice, will moderate the panel discussion. He will be joined by Molly Z.
