The Thom Hartmann Program Broadcasting Live from Iceland and Sweden
WASHINGTON, Jan. 6, 2012 /PRNewswire-USNewswire/ -- The Thom Hartmann Program will be broadcasting live from Rekyavik, Iceland on Monday (1/9) and from Stockholm, Sweden on Thursday (1/12). Thom will be focusing on the public reactions to big business and banks more concerned with profit than citizens in these countries.
"We've booked a number of pundits, politicians, and reporters. We are looking forward to hearing directly from the people involved: Interviewing Icelanders who told the banksters to take a hike, and Swedes who dealt with their bank failures 15 years ago and turned it around," said Thom Hartmann.
The Thom Hartmann Program airs on Free Speech TV, which is excited for the opportunity to work with Thom while he broadcasts from Iceland and Sweden. Executive Director Don Rojas added, "We're anticipating that this will be a major initiative for him, The Thom Hartmann Program is one of FSTV's most popular programs. We hope to see this succeed so we can work on more international broadcasts down the road."
While in Sweden, Hartmann will also be keynoting an international conference on Psychiatry and ADHD, a subject on which he is the internationally best-selling author of numerous books (including "The Edison Gene").
You can watch the Thom Hartmann Program on Free Speech TV on DISH Network Channel 9415, DIRECTV Channel 348, on the FSTV ROKU Channel, or freespeech.org.
