WASHINGTON, Oct. 1, 2013 /PRNewswire-USNewswire/ -- The S&R Foundation is pleased to announce the second annual Overtures Holiday Concert Series. Guests will enjoy six intimate performances by international musicians at the historic Evermay estate, adorned for the season in festive décor.

The holiday series will feature talented classical and chamber musicians, including two premiere performances by the Evermay Chamber, an amazing quartet of young artists, each of solo caliber. The Grammy award-winning Parker Quartet also will play its inaugural performance at the 2013 Holiday series, in collaboration with the Library of Congress.

- December 5 | 6:30 p.m. – Ryo Yanagitani, Piano
- December 19 | 7:30 p.m. – Parker Quartet with Kikuei Ikeda, Chamber
