Seasoned Non-Profit Director to Further Support of Emerging Artists and Scientists
WASHINGTON, Jan. 14, 2013 /PRNewswire-USNewswire/ -- The S&R Foundation, a non-profit organization that supports talented individuals with high aspirations in the arts and sciences, announces the appointment of Ms. Katherine Goodall as Chief Operating Officer.

As Chief Operating Officer, Ms. Goodall will spearhead marketing, branding and fundraising. "I have great admiration for the remarkable strides Dr. Kuno and her team have made within the last year, particularly in launching the Overtures Concert Series and the International Institute of Global Resilience," said Ms. Goodall. Most recently Ms. Goodall served as the Director for Institutional Advancement at the Association of Science-Technology Centers, where she conceived and implemented plans for revenue growth and diversification, while cultivating key partnerships and developing strategic operations. Ms. Goodall performed similar responsibilities at the American Association of Museums, J P II Cultural Center & Museum and the Naval Historical Center.
Ms. Goodall earned a B.A. degree in World Literature from North Carolina State University and a M.A. degree in Nautical Archaeology from East Carolina University.
