- A fine edge blade made of high carbon stainless steel, hardened using the FRIODUR method of rapid heating and freezing for the perfect combination of sharpen-ability and edge retention
- Pakka wood handle for a beautiful wood grain richness with superb moisture resistance to prevent fading and cracking of the handle
With this custom design, the straight edge blades will offer a cleaner cut that guarantees extreme tenderness and an elevated overall dining experience for guests, as they will be able to smoothly slice into their dry-aged steaks.
