The Latinas of Excellence Awards recognize inspiring Hispanic women who have made significant contributions in areas such as media and communications, education, finance and banking, leadership, business entrepreneurship, entertainment, politics, law and government, and service.  The recipients of the 2011 Latinas of Excellence Awards by category are:
