The Siegfried Group Welcomes New Team Leaders

Team Leaders demonstrate how Siegfried helps its Professional Resources achieve their bigger future, as well as their personal and professional success.

Siegfried congratulates Travis Baker, Nieisha Deed, and Betsy Paulk Hanna on their new roles as Team Leaders.

Travis Baker, Manager, Team Leader – Cleveland
Travis joined Siegfried in early 2014 as an Associate Manager. He graduated from Wright State University in Dayton, Ohio with a degree in accounting and finance. After three busy seasons as a Senior Accountant at Deloitte, Travis was looking for new opportunities to challenge his personal and professional development.

"As a Team Leader, I am most excited about building new and lasting relationships with my peers and colleagues. I look forward to helping my team members take advantage of the Firm's initiatives and intensifying their bigger futures and successes in life. This role will also help me further develop some of the skills necessary to exponentially improve my personal and professional life."

When he isn't traveling on behalf of his clients, or on his own, Travis is enjoying quality time with his wife and daughter and boating along the shores of Lake Erie. Other interests include golfing, hosting barbecues, and supporting the Cleveland Cavaliers, Cleveland Browns, and Ohio State football.

Nieisha Deed, Manager, Team Leader – D.C.
Nieisha joined Siegfried in 2011 as a Senior Associate. She attended Howard University in Washington D.C., where she majored in accounting. Prior to joining Siegfried, she gained experience at Deloitte and at Fidelity Investments, but realized that she missed the fast-paced and ever-changing environment of client service.

"I look forward to working alongside other committed Team Leaders to motivate Siegfried Professionals to be the best they can be," she said.

When Nieisha isn't serving clients, she's traveling the world with her friends. This year, she spent time in Cuba, where she immersed herself in the culture of Havana, listened to the live music in Santiago, and enjoyed learning more about cigars on the farms of Vinales. She's excited for her upcoming trip to Trinidad and Tobago, where she will participate in the world-famous Carnival.

Betsy Paulk Hanna, Associate Manager, Team Leader – Charlotte
Betsy joined Siegfried in late 2015 as an Associate Manager. She earned her bachelor's degree in accounting from the University of Tennessee and her master's degree in accounting from Kennesaw State University. Prior to her role at Siegfried, Betsy gained experience at PwC.

"I truly enjoy connecting with people, understanding their goals, and thinking about what makes them happy. I get a lot of satisfaction from sharing experiences, talking through situations, and watching people succeed in their personal and professional lives," she said. "I'm excited about the Team Leader role and look forward to developing strong, successful relationships with my team and with Siegfried's Leadership."

In her free time, Betsy enjoys spending time with her husband, family, friends, and dog. She is a huge University of Tennessee fan, enjoys traveling to the beaches and mountains in the Carolinas, and trying new restaurants in Charlotte.
