The Siegfried Group Welcomes New Professionals from the New York Metro Market for New Hire Orientation

WILMINGTON, Del., Dec. 4, 2015 /PRNewswire/ -- The Siegfried Group, LLP recently hosted new professionals from across the United States at the Hotel Monaco in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. The group learned more about the Firm's unique model, various departments and functions, and heard Robert L. Siegfried, Jr., CPA, CEO and Founder, speak about the Firm's higher purpose.

Siegfried's New Hire Orientation program is centered on introducing new professionals to the Firm's extraordinary culture. It is a great opportunity to meet members of Leadership, the Operations team and other fellow Professional Resources, while enjoying an exciting venue. The four-day program includes sessions on the Firm's structure, Siegfried's Client Service Delivery Model, Professional Resource expectations, as well as interactive presentations from all of the departments throughout the company. The orientation kicked off with a welcome reception at Hotel Monaco and throughout orientation, the group was able to enjoy dinners at some of the finest restaurants in the area including El Vez and Buddakan.

The Siegfried Group is excited about Christiaan Ferreira and Kyle Hill joining the Firm.

Christiaan Ferreira, CA

Christiaan is a Chartered Accountant who joins the New York Market as a Senior Manager. He comes to Siegfried from Deloitte, where he was part of their financial management advisory practice for two years servicing global companies. Prior to that, he spent nine years with KPMG, servicing global public and private external audit clients. His broad industry knowledge includes real estate, banking, investment funds, retail and wholesale, technology, automotive, pharmaceutical and agriculture. He received his Post Graduate Bachelor of Commerce (Honors) in Accounting from the University of Port Elizabeth in South Africa.

Christiaan solves problems effortlessly with his innovative ideas and unconventional perspective.  Christiaan leverages his spontaneity, sense of adventure and attention to changing the game while working closely with clients to incorporate each colleague's strengths to achieve the best overall results. He joined Siegfried for the challenging opportunities to further develop his skills and add value to clients.

In his free time, Christiaan is a passionate triathlete who obtains his strength, stamina and spirit by way of living a well-balanced lifestyle.

Kyle Hill

Kyle joins the New York Market as an Associate Manager. He comes to Siegfried from BDO, where he gained five years of audit experience with a focus on the retail and wholesale industries. He received his Bachelors of Science in Accounting from Fairfield University.

His ability to quickly grasp information and apply it throughout projects makes him an asset to any Siegfried client. Kyle says, "The challenge to learn about different industries and assist clients with various business ventures is why I joined Siegfried."

In his free time, Kyle stays active through sports. He plays hockey throughout the year in competitive adult leagues, as well as tournaments. He recently purchased a home on Long Island and is expecting his first child, a boy, in January 2016.
