Danielle Brown, CPA, Associate Manager, Team Leader - Houston

Danielle joined The Siegfried Group in 2014, and is an Associate Manager in the Houston Market. She joined the Firm after spending almost two years with Deloitte in Austin, TX and almost two years with Baker Tilly in Detroit, MI, as an Audit Senior. She holds her Bachelors of Science in Accounting from Michigan State University. Danielle is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and is a Microsoft Office 2010 Excel Expert.

Danielle's positive attitude and tireless work ethic are what drive her to deliver the best results to her clients. She consistently remains forward-thinking, always looking for new ways to improve efficiencies and further the client's initiatives and goals. Danielle is well respected by her colleagues and clients and is at her best when she can deliver products that help the company and herself achieve their ultimate goals on time and on target.

James Kimball, CPA, CGMA, Associate Director, Team Leader - Charlotte

James joined The Siegfried Group in 2015, and is an Associate Director in the Charlotte Market. He joined the Firm after spending four years with KPMG and six years in industry. James worked with Playboy Enterprises, Inc. and Morton's Restaurant Group in Chicago as well as Caesar's Entertainment, Wynn Resorts, Limited and Wyndham Vacation Ownership in Las Vegas. He holds his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and his Master of Accounting, both from the Kenan-Flagler Business School at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. James is a member of both the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and North Carolina Association of Certified Public Accountants and is a Microsoft Office 2010 Excel Expert.

James brings an energizing presence to those around him, with his creativity, leadership and consistently upbeat attitude. He tackles the toughest client issues through building open and compelling relationships and strives to positively impact these unique situations using non-traditional methods.

In his spare time, James enjoys being a leader of his local Carolina Tar Heel alumni club, traveling to Major League Baseball stadiums, National Parks of the US and Jimmy Buffett concerts.

Jack Lawler, CPA, Associate Manager, Team Leader – Philly Metro

Jack joined The Siegfried Group in 2013, and is an Associate Manager in the Philadelphia Metro Market. He joined the Firm after spending three years with PwC in Philadelphia as a Senior Associate in the Asset Management group. He holds his Bachelors of Science in Accounting from The Florida State University in Tallahassee, Florida. Jack is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants as well as the Pennsylvania Institute of Certified Public Accountants and a Microsoft Office 2010 Excel Expert.

Jack is a dynamic professional who helps contribute efficiencies and high quality results to consistently add value to his clients. He utilizes his strong mental agility and analytic ability to diagnose problems and identify the best possible solutions. Jack possesses the confidence needed to set goals and formulate cohesive plans in order to achieve those goals and help his teams towards success.

In his spare time Jack enjoys attending Philly and Florida State Seminole sporting events as well as traveling and hanging out with friends and family. He also volunteers his time to coach a 3rd and 4th grade youth lacrosse team during the spring.

Santosh Patel, CPA, Associate Manager, Team Leader – New York Metro

Santosh joined The Siegfried Group in 2013, and is an Associate Manager in the New York Metro Market. He joined the Firm after spending almost four years with Deloitte in Boston as an Audit Senior. He holds his Bachelors of Science in Accounting from Bentley University in Massachusetts. Santosh is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and is a Microsoft Office 2010 Excel Expert.

Santosh is a versatile professional who always tackles challenges and looks to add value to his clients by taking a detailed-oriented approach. He is very dedicated to helping those around him and works collaboratively in cross-functional teams.

"I am looking forward to being a Team Leader as I find this role to be rewarding. It promotes the opportunity to not only connect, but also strengthen my leadership and mentoring skills. I am excited about expanding my network and becoming more knowledgeable on the Firm's initiatives through interacting with members of the Firm's Leadership Team. I hope to enable myself and my team to develop both personally and professionally."

In his spare time, Santosh enjoys playing tennis and basketball and spending time with his family and friends.

Wes Payne, CPA, MSA, Senior Associate, Team Leader – Charlotte

Wes joined The Siegfried Group in 2015, and is a Senior Associate in the Charlotte Market. He joined the Firm after spending four years with Grant Thornton as an Audit Senior. He holds his Bachelors of Science in Finance and Masters of Science in Accountancy from Wake Forest University in North Carolina. Wes is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, the North Carolina Association of Certified Public Accountants, and is a Microsoft Office 2010 Excel Expert.

Wes works diligently in order to provide his clients with solutions to their challenging objectives. His flexibility and commitment allow him to integrate quickly into any team and deliver results-oriented work products. Wes continually brings a positive attitude, friendly demeanor and strong work ethic.

In his spare time, Wes enjoys fishing, hiking, backpacking and spending as much time in the mountains as possible.

Alexa Williams, Manager, Team Leader – DC Metro

Alexa joined the Firm in October of 2014, and is a Manager in the DC Metro Market. She joined The Siegfried Group after approximately two and a half years at Mars, Incorporated and started her career at EY in Pittsburgh where she spent nearly four years. Alexa obtained her Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Penn State University and is a Microsoft Office 2010 Excel Expert.

Alexa's analytical skills and attention to detail enable her to deliver the care needed in order to continually exceed expectations. She has proven to apply a composed approach and strong communication skills to her work which in turn gives her the ability to thrive in even the most unexpected situations and to help her teams to achieve their goals.

Alexa was recently married and in her spare time she likes to spend time with her family and friends. She enjoys running (although she wants to start doing this more regularly) and loves finding and trying new restaurants.
