The Siegfried Group, LLP Welcomes New Professionals from the Central Region for New Hire Orientation

WILMINGTON, Del., March 25, 2015 /PRNewswire/ -- The Siegfried Group, LLP recently hosted new professionals from across the United States at the Encore Hotel in Las Vegas, Nevada. The group learned more about the Firm's unique model, various departments and functions, and heard Robert L. Siegfried, Jr., CPA, Chief Executive Officer and President, speak about the Firm's higher purpose.

Siegfried's New Hire Orientation program is centered on introducing new professionals to the Firm's extraordinary culture. It is a great opportunity to meet members of Leadership, the Operations team and other fellow Professional Resources, while enjoying an exciting venue. The four-day program includes sessions on the Firm's structure, Siegfried's Client Service Delivery Model, Professional Resource expectations, as well as interactive presentations from all of the departments throughout the company. The group was able to unwind during cocktail receptions as well as enjoy small group dinners held at some of the finest restaurants in Las Vegas.

In the Central Region, Siegfried is excited about Laura Rinehart and Olta Zyberaj joining the Firm.

Laura Rinehart, CPA

Laura is a Certified Public Accountant who joins the Philadelphia Market as a Senior Associate. She comes to Siegfried from Grant Thornton, LLP, where she gained two and half years of audit experience with a primary focus in the oil and gas industry. She received her Bachelors and Masters degrees in Accounting from the University of Delaware. 

Laura's attention to detail, organization and problem solving skills, makes her a valuable team member. Laura says, "The opportunity to experience many different types of roles in different industries while also increasing my accounting knowledge is why I wanted to be a part of Siegfried," she says.

In her free time, Laura enjoys exploring Philadelphia, trying new restaurants, and spending time with friends and family. She grew up in St. Louis, Missouri and is an avid Cardinals fan. Laura likes to stay active by running, and has completed two half marathons in Philadelphia!

Olta Zyberaj

Olta joins the Philadelphia Market as an Associate Manager. She comes to Siegfried from KPMG, where she gained three years of audit experience with a primary focus in the financial services industry. She received her Bachelors of Science in Accounting and her Masters in Professional Accounting and Consultancy from Villanova University.

Olta's attention to detail and methodical approach to solving problems, coupled with her desire to continuously challenge herself, makes her a distinctive player in the workplace.  Olta says, "The challenge of taking on new client projects and working alongside highly motivated, intelligent people is why I wanted to be a part of Siegfried."

In her free time, Olta stays active through sport and travel. She's an avid swimmer and loves to travel back to her beach-side hometown of Vlore, Albania, for some sun and swimming. She also loves animals and the outdoors, and enjoys walking the beautiful PA trails with her dog Sasha.
