The Siegfried Group, LLP Welcomes New Professionals from the Central Region for New Hire Orientation

WILMINGTON, Del., Feb. 6, 2015 /PRNewswire/ -- The Siegfried Group, LLP recently hosted new professionals from across the United States at the Beverly Wilshire Hotel in Los Angeles, California. The group learned more about the Firm's unique model, various departments and functions, and heard Robert L. Siegfried, Jr., CPA, Chief Executive Officer and President, speak about the Firm's higher purpose.

Siegfried's New Hire Orientation program is centered on introducing new professionals to the Firm's extraordinary culture. It is a great opportunity to meet members of Leadership, the Operations team and other fellow Professional Resources, while enjoying an exciting venue. The four-day program includes sessions on the Firm's structure, Siegfried's Client Service Delivery Model, Professional Resource expectations, as well as interactive presentations from all of the departments throughout the company. The group was able to unwind during cocktail receptions as well as enjoy small group dinners held at some of the finest restaurants in Los Angeles.

In the Central Region, Siegfried is excited about Steve Holroyd, Yuri Pipkin and Brad Schoenfelt joining the team.

Steve Holroyd, CPA

Steve is a Certified Public Accountant who joins the Philadelphia Market as an Associate Manager. He comes to Siegfried from McGladrey, where he gained experience within the assurance practice with a primary focus in commercial audits. Prior to McGladrey, Steve worked for a Fortune 500 company in the energy industry. Steve received his BS in Accounting from The College of New Jersey and is currently pursuing his MBA at Holy Family University.

Steve's inclination to solve complex problems, along with his desire to strengthen his team, makes him a distinctive player in the workplace. Steve says, "I look forward to tackling interesting projects and building strong relationships with our clients. I strive to add value to each project in unique ways, by offering my personal perspective gained from experiences in both public accounting and industry." 

Steve was a college athlete and continues to pursue his passion for baseball whenever possible. He also plays drums and he occasionally records original music with local musicians when time allows. Steve recently got engaged and became a homeowner in the Bensalem, PA area. He looks forward to planning a wedding with his fiancee and he is very excited for what the future holds!

Yuri Pipkin

Yuri joins the Philadelphia Market as a Senior Associate. He comes to Siegfried from Deloitte, where he gained two and a half years of audit experience with a primary focus in the financial services industry. He received his Bachelors of Science in Accounting from Saint Joseph's University.

Yuri's strong work ethic and superior problem solving skills, coupled with his ability to adapt to new environments makes him a distinctive player in the workplace. Yuri says, "Gaining experience in new areas of accounting and the opportunity to build long lasting bonds with other professionals is why I wanted to be a part of Siegfried."

In his free time Yuri stays active by weight training and jogging, and enjoys training his friends to meet their fitness goals. He always looks for opportunities to maintain his active lifestyle wherever his work travels take him!

Brad Schoenfelt, CPA

Brad is a Certified Public Accountant who joins the Cleveland Market as an Associate Manager. His previous experience includes Transdigm Group Inc., where he gained approximately two years of experience, and Grant Thornton. He received his Bachelors of Science in Accountancy and his Master's in Business Administration from John Carroll University.

Brad consistently strives for continuous growth, and always seeks ways to improve his work and deliver the highest caliber client service. Brad says, "The opportunity to grow both personally and professionally through new and challenging roles is what attracted me to Siegfried."

In his free time, Brad enjoys watching sports, playing soccer, and traveling to new places. He spent a semester living in London during his undergraduate degree and would love to make it back there sometime!
