The Siegfried Group, LLP Welcomes New Professionals from Siegfried's Operations Team for New Hire Orientation

WILMINGTON, Del., April 17, 2015 /PRNewswire/ -- The Siegfried Group, LLP recently hosted new professionals from across the United States at The Lodges at Deer Valley in Park City, Utah. The group learned more about the Firm's unique model, various departments and functions, and heard Robert L. Siegfried, Jr., CPA, Chief Executive Officer and President, speak about the Firm's higher purpose.

Siegfried's New Hire Orientation program is centered on introducing new professionals to the Firm's extraordinary culture. It is a great opportunity to meet members of Leadership, the Operations team and other fellow Professional Resources, while enjoying an exciting venue. The four-day program includes sessions on the Firm's structure, Siegfried's Client Service Delivery Model, Professional Resource expectations, as well as interactive presentations from all of the departments throughout the company. Throughout orientation, the group was able to enjoy dinners at some of the finest restaurants in Park City, attend the Firm's Networking Naturally workshop and try their hand at skiing and other fun outdoor activities!

In the Operations Team in Wilmington, Siegfried is excited about Presley Board and Anthony Elliot joining the Firm.

Presley Board 

Presley joins the Siegfried Operations Team in Wilmington as the Recruiting & Employee Development Associate. She comes to Siegfried from Diversant, an IT staffing and consulting firm, where she gained two years of recruiting and sales experience. She received her Bachelors of Science in Marketing from The University of Delaware.

Presley's skillful and restrained ideas, along with the way she connects with people make her a valued member of any team. Presley says, "I am excited about the opportunity to live in a new city and learn from some of the brightest people!"

In her free time, Presley stays active through yoga, likes visiting with friends and also enjoys painting. She's a big University of Delaware supporter, loves to network with alumni and attend school events. She also tries to travel whenever possible, and has been to Italy, France, Spain, Alaska and Hawaii!  

Anthony Elliot

Anthony joins Siegfried's Operations team in Wilmington as the Firm's newest Technology Associate. Prior to joining Siegfried, Anthony worked as the IT Administrator for the Philadelphia Charter School for the Arts and Sciences and as a part of the Help Desk for Communities in Schools of Philadelphia. He is currently pursuing his Bachelors of Science in Information Technology from Western Governors University.

According to Anthony, "I am excited to work with Siegfried because of the opportunity to grow my skillset and work for a truly entrepreneurial company!"

In his free time, Anthony enjoys keeping up with the latest trends in technology. He also likes hitting the billiard tables and continues to work on improving his pool game!
