New Employees Travel to Philadelphia's Four Seasons Hotel
WILMINGTON, Del., Sept. 10, 2014 /PRNewswire/ -- The Siegfried Group, LLP recently hosted new professionals from across the United States at the Four Seasons in Philadelphia, PA. The group learned more about the Firm's unique model and various departments and functions, and heard Robert L. Siegfried, Jr., CPA, Chief Executive Officer and President, speak about the Firm's higher purpose.

Siegfried's orientation program is centered on introducing new professionals to the Firm's extraordinary culture. It is a great opportunity to meet members of the Firm's Leadership, the Operations team and other fellow Professional Resources, while enjoying an exciting venue. The four-day program includes sessions on the Firm's structure, Siegfried's Client Service Delivery Model, Professional Resource expectations, as well as interactive presentations from all of the departments throughout the company. The group was able to unwind during cocktail receptions as well as enjoy small group dinners held at some of Philadelphia's finest restaurants.
At Siegfried's Internal Operations based in Wilmington, Delaware, the Firm is excited about Eric Ritchie and Nick Tsitinas joining the team.
Eric Ritchie
Eric joins Siegfried's Business Systems team in Wilmington as a Business Systems Programmer/Analyst. He joins us from an E-procurement company called BravoSolution, where he worked as a spend consultant for two years. Eric graduated from Penn State with his BS in Management Information Systems.
"I joined The Siegfried Group because I really liked the personal growth opportunity they presented," Eric says. "My new role is going to allow me to build my skills and be exposed to new technologies."
While attending Penn State, he danced in the 46 hour Penn State Dance Marathon to help raise money and awareness for pediatric cancer. Eric is a third generation Eagle Scout and spends his free time playing the drums, enjoying music, watching baseball, and learning about new technology.
Nick Tsitinas
Nick is a Software Developer who joins Siegfried's Business Systems team in Wilmington as an Applications Development Manager. He previously worked at SIG (Susquehanna International Group), where he was a .Net developer building internal business applications and web tools. He received his Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Drexel University.
Nick cites the company culture as the reason why he chose to join Siegfried. "Everyone at the company seemed genuinely concerned with what I wanted out of my position," he says.
In his spare time, Nick enjoys challenging himself and trying new and exciting experiences. He referees for USA Hockey, and enjoys outdoor activities such as biking, SCUBA diving and sailing.
