The Siegfried Group, LLP Welcomes New Professionals for Orientation

WILMINGTON, Del., June 5, 2014 /PRNewswire/ -- The Siegfried Group, LLP recently hosted new professionals from across the US at the Fontainebleau in Miami, FL. The group learned more about the Firm's unique model, various departments and functions, and got to hear Robert Siegfried, Jr., CPA, Chief Executive Officer and President, speak about the Firm's higher purpose.

Siegfried's orientation program is centered on introducing new professionals to the Firm's extraordinary culture. It is a great chance to meet members of the Firm's Leadership, Operations team and other fellow Professional Resources, while enjoying an exciting venue. The four day program includes segments on various topics including the Firm's structure, Siegfried's Client Service Delivery Model™, Professional Resource expectations, as well as interactive presentations from all of the departments within the operations team. The group was able to unwind during cocktail receptions as well as small group dinners that were held at some of Miami's finest restaurants.

Matthew Rufo, MBA

Matthew is a Senior Associate for Siegfried's Cleveland Market. He joins us from PwC. Matthew's favorite part of his job is meeting new people and solving their problems. In his new role he is excited to grow his personal and professional network. He received his MBA and his BS in Accountancy from John Carroll University. In his spare time, Matt enjoys boating, cooking, and going to Cleveland sporting events with his sister and friends. Matt actually builds Pilates equipment for his girlfriend's studio.
