WILMINGTON, Del., Oct. 30, 2014 /PRNewswire/ -- The Siegfried Group, LLP recently hosted new professionals from across the United States at the Mandarin Oriental Hotel in Las Vegas, Nevada. The group learned more about the Firm's unique model, various departments and functions, and heard Robert L. Siegfried, Jr., CPA, Chief Executive Officer and President, speak about the Firm's higher purpose.

Siegfried's New Hire Orientation program is centered on introducing new professionals to the Firm's extraordinary culture. It is a great opportunity to meet members of the Firm's Leadership, the Operations team and other fellow Professional Resources, while enjoying an exciting venue. The four-day program includes sessions on the Firm's structure, Siegfried's Client Service Delivery Model, Professional Resource expectations, as well as interactive presentations from all of the departments throughout the company. The group was able to unwind during cocktail receptions as well as enjoy small group dinners held at some of the finest restaurants in Las Vegas.

Siegfried Advisory, Siegfried's strategic leadership, financial and tax advisory practice based in Wilmington, Delaware, is excited about Jeffrey Osberg joining the team.

Jeffrey R. Osberg, CPA

Jeff is a Certified Public Accountant who joins Siegfried Advisory as a Manager. He joins the Firm from Cetrulo & Morgan Group, where he worked for the past eight years and managed the audit practice. Jeff started off his career as an intern for the Siegfried Group in 2005. He received his BA in Accounting and Business Management from Guilford College in Greensboro, NC.

According to Jeff, "The excitement of joining an emerging practice, that is part of a large and well respected organization, is what made me want to join Siegfried Advisory.  I look forward to being able to help this practice grow!"

In his leisure time, Jeff volunteers on the board of directors for the Better Business Bureau of Delaware. Jeff is also an accomplished amateur golfer, competing in regional and national tournaments and was the 2014 winner of the Philadelphia Amateur.
