New Employees Travel to Las Vegas' Mandarin Oriental Hotel
WILMINGTON, Del., Oct. 30, 2014 /PRNewswire/ -- The Siegfried Group, LLP recently hosted new professionals from across the United States at the Mandarin Oriental Hotel in Las Vegas, Nevada. The group learned more about the Firm's unique model, various departments and functions, and heard Robert L. Siegfried, Jr., CPA, Chief Executive Officer and President, speak about the Firm's higher purpose.

Siegfried's New Hire Orientation program is centered on introducing new professionals to the Firm's extraordinary culture. It is a great opportunity to meet members of the Firm's Leadership, the Operations team and other fellow Professional Resources, while enjoying an exciting venue. The four-day program includes sessions on the Firm's structure, Siegfried's Client Service Delivery Model, Professional Resource expectations, as well as interactive presentations from all of the departments throughout the company. The group was able to unwind during cocktail receptions as well as enjoy small group dinners held at some of the finest restaurants in Las Vegas.
Siegfried's Internal Operations team, which is based in Wilmington, Delaware, is excited about Kerry Jones joining the Internal Operations team.

Kerry joins Siegfried's Internal Operations team in Wilmington as a Technology Associate. She serves as the Firm's go to person for any technical need and plays a vital role in the day to day operations of the company. Her previous work includes acting as technology support for the Motor Vehicle Administration, Technisystems and Nuclear Electric Insurance Limited.
Kerry says, "I joined Siegfried for the unique culture and for the opportunity to grow, both personally and professionally!"
In her spare time, Kerry enjoys bowling and learning about new and emerging technologies. One of her favorite weekend activities is to visit the Delaware beaches with her husband and two young children.
